My journey into entrepreneurship has been shaped by a mix of science, business, and a passion for helping people.
I was born and raised in a small town, Dewas, in Madhya Pradesh (India). Growing up with professional, career-oriented parents instilled in me confidence and the willingness to take risks.
In 2006, I stepped into the medical field, completing my Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from SIRT, Bhopal. While many of my peers chose to continue in pharmacy, I felt drawn toward management and the business side of healthcare. That decision marked the beginning of my professional journey with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) in 2010, where I started as a sales representative in Delhi. Over the years, I moved across cities—Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru—working with leading organisations like Sanofi, Janseen (Johnson & Johnson), Novartis, and Biocon. A short project with Novartis gave me a taste of marketing, and in 2019, Biocon offered me a full-fledged marketing role, and then I transitioned from sales into a marketing role.
From Pharmacy to Marketing
A Turning Point
The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 was a major turning point, reshaping not just businesses but also how I viewed my own career and life. I felt the urge to explore beyond my comfort zone and expand globally and challenge myself further.
In 2022, I took a leap of faith and moved to the UK to pursue an MBA at Aston University leaving my job in India. This decision wasn’t easy—I left behind a stable job, familiar surroundings, and years of professional comfort. But it also opened new doors.
After graduating, I joined Insulet in 2023 in a global marketing role. There, I gained deep exposure to digital strategy, analytics, and data-driven marketing, which sparked a new passion: combining digital innovation with analytics to create real business impact.
This passion led me to found Insightlytics Solutions in 2025, my first entrepreneurial venture.

In 2025, I founded Insightlytics Solutions with a clear mission:

My first big learning as a solopreneur?
Mindset matters the most. Skills, strategies and systems can be built, but the determination to keep going is what shapes the journey. I believe entrepreneurship is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. And while I’ve started this as a solopreneur, I see Insightlytics solutions growing into a movement, bringing together passionate people who want to empower health & wellness businesses to serve humanity better.

This story is not just about building a business. It’s about resilience, adaptability, and following a path that truly excites me. From a small town in India to the global stage, every step has been about learning, evolving, and creating impact.
